Join  Val Wood, “Hull’s answer to Catherine Cookson” (Kirsty Lang, BBC Radio 4), in conversation with writer Sue Wilsea as she discusses life, writing and more.

Val Wood was born in Castleford and now lives in Beverley, East Yorkshire. She is the author of ‘The Hungry Tide’, winner of the Catherine Cookson prize for fiction. Val has written 22 novels, including her latest ‘Little Girl Lost’.
